Inventari de Patrimoni Arquitectònic de Catalunya.&lt;/p&gt; ]]></content:encoded><content:encoded><![CDATA[XX]]></content:encoded><content:encoded><![CDATA[]]></content:encoded><content:encoded><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;L&#039;element històric és la façana de l&#039;edifici, rematat per quatre estructures que recorden merlets, però la seva forma és semblant a les dels capitells lotiformes. A la part central hi ha un petit frontó amb un òcul cec amb la data de 1918. La façana està arrebossada; a la part baixa hi ha un sòcol de lloses de pedra. Les obertures són molt allargades, donant major sensació de verticalitat al conjunt i estant emmarcades per una motllura plana. &lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Lany 2018 es van acabar les obres de reforma integral de l&#039;edifici, que van suposar enderrocar tota l&#039;estructura i construcció interna, conservant la façana històrica, que va ser rehabilitada. Es va procedir a l&#039;aixecament d&#039;una nova estructura metàl·lica per crear e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;spais més amplis i accés per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda, noves instal·lacions de climatització, electricitat, il·luminació, ventilació i comunicacions. A&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;ctualment és la seu de l&#039;Àrea d&#039;Atenció a les Persones i Serveis Socials de l&#039;Ajuntament d&#039;Abrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; ]]></content:encoded><content:encoded><![CDATA[08001-46]]></content:encoded><content:encoded><![CDATA[Carrer Major, 3 - 08630 Abrera.]]></content:encoded><content:encoded><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Va ser construït l&#039;any 1918 com a Casa de la Vila, funció que va mantenir fins a la inauguració del nou edifici, el 1991. L&#039;edifici original era de pedra i s&#039;estructurava en planta baixa, pis i golfes.
