The fair celebrates the town’s textile industry and life around the Cardener River at the turn of the 20th century. Dramatised guided tours of the textile factories take place on Saturday evening but the big day is Sunday, when the street fair is held.</p> <p>This year’s fair will feature music performances, fair stalls, typical shows, dramatised tours and characters that evoke the atmosphere of Sant Joan de Vilatorrada at the turn of the 20th century, when life revolved around the routines of the factories.
